The Isolation Interviews - Anoushka Shankar
Musician
Taught by her legendary musician father, Ravi Shankar from the age of seven, Anoushka Shankar developed and crafted her other-worldly sitar playing, which you hear today. Her first performance was at the age of 13, and by 14 she was travelling the world touring with her father. Anoushka has been Grammy nominated multiple times, her first being bestowed as the youngest ever in her category.
Her new EP, Love Letters, is heartbreakingly beautiful; with her signature sitar sounds accompanied by Anoushka singing for the first time ever.
Here, she shares some of her favourite films, books and comforts to help you rest and recharge.
